It's more about the journey than the destination. Been around the block and up the mountain, currently in the woods talking to the trees. "I have dined with kings, and been offered wings, but i've never been too impressed" as the man said ( name that tune). I'm fond of psychedelics, but not synthetic ones, and that's not indicative of a debauched lifestyle. It's a sacrement, not a kick. I don't often drink beyond a glass of wine or two, and shun other intoxicants. I don't believe in wasting my time on ghosts, politics, and other general attention-seeking patterns of avoidance. No superstitions, no heroes. It's Being and Nothing, and the space inbetween. I have shelves of books both read, and unread, and some destined for the woodburner. I've worked in the Arts for the last 30 years, which has opened my eyes to an aesthetic appreciation of life.My house is a mid century hideaway. Open, honest, sociable, ,interested in life, I've never let the fear hold me back. I've been variously involved with several different paths over the years, but I now identify as an individual.
