Scatty, kindhearted Pagan female, lives close to nature, although not usually quite at this angle, just not clever enough to twiddle picture round... ah well, maybe i look better this way... I'm not in any way a domestic goddess (think of me as the anti-Nigella!) would like to find a gentle, calm and tolerant soulmate to laugh with, play scrabble with, and share ideas and spiritual musings, speculate on what might happen next on The Archers with, etc. Just about to move house with my 2 little people and small zoo, so at an exciting time in my life! Not sure about a romantic relationship at the moment, met someone a while back who seemed genuine but wasn't, so would prefer to take things slowly, but it would be great to meet new friends and perhaps something will develop. Heading for Wales soon... ( well, I am if I don't get gazumped!!)
I'm a single mum with full time custody of 2 small people, and a small menagerie. Well... some of them are small. Most are mad and hairy, alas... I'm a non-smoker and whilst my body is not precisely my temple, I also think life is quite mind-altering enough in its own right, so don't do drugs and seldom drink, would prefer to meet someone who feels the same. I don't own a tv (or at least, not one sith a signal), but listen a lot to radio 4, and to music, especially rock, folk and world music. Have left-leaning political views, and an interest in world politics, although I'm not fanatical. I love to read, and also enjoy writing and painting. I'm not especially talented, but it keeps me out of mischief.... more's the pity! Love the sea, and tend to take off there whenever I can, with kids and dogs. I'm quite independent, but sometimes feel as though I'm the odd ( very odd!) sock in the drawer, and am fed up with being mismatched... Messages from fellow odd socks, preferably house trained, unconventional and willing to join me in committing random acts of kindness to make the world a better place would therefore be most welcome! Must be pet and small person tolerant, neat freaks need not apply as will run screaming! Good sense of humour and intelligence are essential, as are integrity, consistence and compassion. |
