Hello. I've been on a solo pathway for some years, but am now interested in meeting someone to just be friends initially; for the yin and yang of it and of never saying never. Don't seem to be able to upload a photo at the moment; don't know how to bring the pixels down - but can e-mail one if you like what you are reading. It would be lovely to meet someone who can be light and just chat whilst exploring like interests
My pagan interests began about three years ago, so still much to learn. I was initiated into the Gorsedd of the Bards of Caer Ibiri at Lammas 2013 and love the ceremonies at Avebury. The whole area fascinates me, with its amazing crop circles, earth mysteries and sacred monuments...I'm down there quite often as it's not too far from where I live. I also belong to a local pagan group and go to events that stem from that.
I love foraging for wild food and making hedgerow medicines, so love the wild places this takes me to. I'm also into numerology, canals and working class/folk history.
I'm an RHS qualified gardener, love all animals, particularly cats and horses and have an animal healing diploma. I don't practice the latter, but do work as a part-time gardener between my full-time job as a support worker. My current favourite is a big, Georgian house with a neglected garden which I've been given free rein to clear and re-design for a lovely couple.
I love exploring far and wide on my days off - crop circles, open spaces, sacred sites, trees, sitting by streams, walking on beaches, canals and boat trips (have had several canal holidays), eclectic pubs (Have you ever been to The Barge at Honey Street in crop circle season??) and relaxing in the sun in tea-room gardens when exploring new places. I love the seasons, being by water, the colours and drama of nature and the weather. |
