A warm gentle empathic and creative enterprising soul, politically left and keen on protecting the environment, as well as platonic friends, I seek a monogamous straight positive pagan male able to find joy in small things. I like to make things grow and enjoy a little sewing and singing and learning to play musical instruments. I often go on courses for my work which involves empowering people's mental health and wellbeing.
He would like to share the joy of being creative, live comedy, music, theatre and movies, exploring stone circles and ancient sites, exhibitions and museums, as well being able to chat and sit under a tree beside water and enjoy a peaceful scene.
He may walk between the worlds but lives practically in this earthly one. He's a non-smoker and not into drugs. A former full time broadcast journalist and P.R. consultant I'm a psychotherapist, occasional lecturer and journalist and trained actor and have been a part-time professional compere and entertainer - a poet and singer with a little comedy in the past.
I enjoy going to some music, word and food festivals.
Playwrighting is something I plan to do when I have the time available.
I've been an active trade unionist. Not wealthy, but I work successfully and I have a car, no debts and live in a small 2 bedroomed home.
A divorcee after an 11 year relationship many moons ago, I am capable of commitment and not into one night stands or seeking temporary flings.
I need to spend time getting to know a person as after all first and foremost a partner needs to be a great friend in a relationship based on respect, empathy and genuineness with love and laughter.
I'm fond of children but I have none of my own.I would welcome a man who does or does not have kids. Mountain climbing, heavy walking and travel to rain forests are not options for me, although I would be encouraging if you are able to pursue those kinds of activities.
