Melanie is 43, and living in Romford, which is in the South East of the UK.
Melanie's Profile I'm a solitary Eclectic witch living near to Romford in Essex, England, though originally from North Surrey. I am currently married to a non-Pagan, who is a serial cheat (and I’m all out of second chances to give him now) and though we are living in the same house we have separate bedrooms. I guess I’m looking for friendship only to start with to lessen any potential drama!
I wasn't brought up as any religion and have known I was a witch for many years. I am mostly within the broom closet at work and with my family. This is why I haven't posted a picture, though I would happily send one if asked to.
I'm interested in current affairs, history and genealogy and rugby (being of Welsh extraction!), and learning new skills or subjects. A straw poll of friends asked recently to describe me revealed the following surprising results: witty, intelligent, kind, generous, caring, reliable, shy, modest and pedantic (ooops!) I have very long dark hair (to my waist) though if i havent been to the hairdressers in a while it would be better described as silver with dark strands. I have always wanted to be able tomsit on it... preferably without the need to dislocate my neck... so still trying on that score.
I'm looking for a tall, dark, handsome pagan/wiccan who's probably a little bit shy and so isn't going to scare me too much! Im 51 though, so tall is relative! Handsome = a smile which brightens my day with the obligatory "chemistry" and must be loyal and honest, as I have been messed about in the past.
There ought to be some sort of cross over on interests, I guess, but having a similar outlook and principles might be enough or just a willingness to share your interests with me and vice versa.
Im impressed by good manners, courteousness, random acts of kindness and showing respect for others. I want to meet a man who inspires my loyalty and love, for whom I would walk over hot coals. I come from a long line of Welsh and Scottish non-conformists and I would not class conforming as one of my strengths. So a mind of your own, the ability to hold your own in an debate and to think outside the box would be good. |
