Here goes been living out in the country since 89,enjoying the changing seasons,did a T M meditation course 15 years ago,still doing it regularly,and the yoga postares I was taught at a meditation centre about the same time,have done two reiki entunements in 95. I enjoy walking my dog and swimming especially when caravaning down in Cornwall. |
