Hello, i,m walking my own path with guidance from shamanic and Buddhist traditions, my interests are 5 rhythms and trance dance, sweat lodges and drumming. i run drum circles here in the east mainly working using the drums as a therapeutic tool. i,m also trained as a laughter leader and lead groups in that too. i hear spirit and although it took time to adjust are happy to do so.i read and write poetry and never happier with a pint(real ale) or a nice cup of tea.i don,t take my self to seriously although i love deep conversation |
